White Lipped Pit Viper

A White Lipped Pit Viper (Cryptelytrops albolabris), which was spotted in the dense undergrowth near a stream. These are poisonous snakes, but their bite is usually not fatal, and they are usually sluggish by day. Still, it is best to always give them a wide berth.
