In the past, Google Maps never covered large parts of Taman Negara, and thus if there were any illegal loggers, they could perhaps operate in impunity, but now that Google (finally) gotten part of that area under their maps in high definition, a simple search in Google Maps shows up these exposed areas of red earth and badly silted up rivers in Taman Negara, among which are the Lebir, Badong, and Sat rivers, which looks pretty unusual. Are these the effects of illegal logging?
